Novotel Bucharest City Centre

The breakfast spread was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the restaurant staff were also very attentive and accommodating. Another highlight was the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk away from the vibrant city center. It made exploring the city during New Year's so much easier.

The rooms could use some better maintenance. There were a few issues with the room we stayed in, such as missing towels and a malfunctioning air conditioning system.

We enjoyed staying here because it was directly in the center and a short walk to the old district. The service from the employees, especially on the reception desk, was excellent and made us feel welcome. The leisure facilities, such as the spa and indoor swimming pool, were a great addition and added to our overall experience.

Some aspects of the wellness center could be improved, such as better staff training and clearer information about the facilities.

We had a fantastic stay right in the center of the city. The hotel is in a prime location, with many tourist attractions within a short walking distance or easily accessible via public transport. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of good quality. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

I had a delightful stay at a conveniently located hotel near the old city. The level of comfort and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday celebration special, with wine and chocolates. Additionally, the 5-minute walk to the old town was very convenient. I will definitely be returning to this excellent hotel in the near future. I highly recommend it.

Great central location, just 5 mins walk to the city center. Spacious room, well-furnished with big screen TV and full minibar. Clean and modern bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Friendly and helpful staff, following safety guidelines. Convenient underground parking.
